Overcoming a significant health crisis or merely learning to change an unhealthy behavior is a process of clearly defined stages. To successfully empower sustainable self-care for their Cardiology patients, Providence Hospital, in collaboration with Ziba Design developed a new experience strategy. Ditroën was given the task of bringing the concept to life. Providence Basecamp supports patients across all stages of their journey, shifting the experience from treatment-focused to learning-focused. Providing a nurturing holistic environment that connects patients with the resources and a community of peers to support them on their journey ensuring long-term success.
