Madera Apartments

Our task for these Madera apartments, located in the heart of Silicon Valley in Mountain View, California, was to express a unique brand position by presenting the apartments as distinct from the competition. Throughout the property, opportunities to surprise, delight and engage the viewer were developed. Signature elements include a bright, attention-seeking message in the clubhouse which calls attention to the communal conference room above. The message, made of large blue reflectors that catch the light, suggest creative opportunities. Adjacent to the bocce ball court, sculptural modular seating playfully crafted from fuzzy green astroturf define a relaxing place to meet.
